Outdoor Education and the Human/Nature Relationship Description: Outdoor instructors sometimes have tremendous influence over student attitudes and dispositions. This workshop will explore how language, conduct, and teaching styles reflect specific assumptions about our relationship to the natural world. Participants will be asked to reflect on their own thinking regarding the human nature relationship and learn how to encourage students to do the same.
